OVER THE NEXT DECADE UP TO 500,000 BUSINESSES PROVIDING 2 MILLION JOBS WILL HAVE TO BE TRANSFERRED EVERY YEAR ; AT LEAST 1/3 OF BUSINESS FAILURES ARE THE CONSEQUENCE OF BAD TRANSFERS
